Sold for $9,250,000 which is not bad for w-a-a-a-y back-country Greenwich. The last time, back in 2007, it fetched $10,300,000 (different broker), so this owner took a $1,050,000 hit (if you adjust the decimal points, that would be like a $1,030,000 house selling for $925,000). Percentage-wise not that bad a loss for the back-country these days. So Fran provides a valuable “comp” for the rest of us eager brokers to use.
