  1. There was a brief listing of 4 Perryridge Road on Zillow, and it was also with one ot the MLS agencies. Seems to be gone now. What happened with that listing?

      • I saw it listed in the high $600s this week and Zillow linked to a realtor that had that listing. The link was live. The link disappeared by Thursday night. This is the copy of the search:

        4 Perryridge Rd, Greenwich, Connecticut 06830 (MLS# N334979 …

I also see that 107 East Elm came back at $650 and is listed out of the Georgetown office of Coldwell Banker.

      • Zillow has the following price history for 4 Perryridge, and indicates that a listing was removed:

        Price History
Date Description Price Change $/sqft Source
03/20/2013 Listing removed $689,000 — $265 Nextage Right Time Realty
03/18/2013 Listed for sale $689,000 -42.8% $265 Nextage Right Time Realty
        07/14/2006 Sold $1,205,000 — $463 Public Record

      • InfoDiv:
This seems to happen a lot with Zillow; mysterious, impossibly cheap listings appear, everyone gets all excited, then the listing disappears. It’s strange and…stupid!

  2. 107 East Elm is a charming gem asking $650. Only problem is that the town takes the stupid position that this street is busy enough so it is not possible to add a driveway without a variance from the highway deparment and a slew of town officials, which the town may not grant. That being said, it is easy to park outside that house.
