We brokers debate this question of “snow shots” all the time. Unlike spring, summer, fall photos, snow pictures instantly age, particularly around now, when it’s all about to melt. So you have to be prepared to swap it out very quickly when (please God) spring comes sweeping in. I am ready with an updated photo, wise guy.
