Ever since our dryer broke, Susie’s been hanging laundry on the front yard of our Patterson Ave home, could this be the problem?
Just kidding, of course, still it’s odd when seven properties become available in a short period of time. Most have sold quickly, including 107 Patterson, just a few doors away from chez Fountain. They asked $4,750,000 and had a deal a few moments later (well, it was pretty soon), so that makes everyone on the street feel darned good!
Chez Fountain on Patterson Ave?

Cobe:
Dude, thanks for posting a picture of my house! Ever heard of privacy?
Any sense where those prices put town relative to 2006 peak?
Fact:
My sense is that, overall, we have indeed fully recovered to the price levels reached in 2006-2007, but what we presently continue to lack is the old “exuberance” that carried backcountry prices up so high. No one feels utterly confident of the economy, therefore, while the stock market climbs, it climbs on that “wall of worry”, and Greenwich real estate climbs, but it does so in a “tentative” way.
A flurry of summer sales activity means some are unaware of the twice daily festival of idling busses in their backyards
I expect they are aware, as most of them are Brunswick and GA parents.
How come I didn’t see YOU out there defending our 2A rights at the Gates of Bell Haven?
Hi Gideon,
Did 107 Patterson close ?
